Dunes is unique and is one of the most impressive properties you can find in St Barths. This 16,000-square foot villa on a hillside overlooks the ocean to the south and the tropical green hills to the east. Dunes consists of a main building and two independent one-bedroom guest houses three hundred metres from the hill, listed terraces and the largest tropical gardens in St Barths. There are two heated swimming pools at your disposal: an 80-foot-tower pool, ideal for swimming and a 40-foot family pool to enjoy moments of relaxation. There are also other high-tech facilities including a gym, office, outdoor showers and a palapa for spa services. The main building includes a large living room downstairs, a master bedroom and two fully equipped kitchens to accommodate the work of a professional. The first one is air-conditioned, and the second one opens onto the dining room through a bar. In the dining room, you will find a long table that can accommodate up to twenty people. How about relaxing on the wide and deep sofas while enjoying the breathtaking view? The upper level offers a second bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Salt Lake. There are two other guest rooms: one has access to the deck, with a view of the ocean, and the other, you can see the Saline pond and beautiful hills. The three bedrooms are equipped with a bathroom. Take a walk outside, you will discover, at the bottom of the curved stone staircase, the two independent guest rooms, ideal for private guests or staff. The first one has a large bedroom and an adjacent bathroom, a large outdoor living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The second one includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace with a view of the tropical garden. The lush vegetation is composed of bougainvilleas, coconut palms and a variety of small trees and flowering shrubs that can only be found on the island. Dunes continues to amaze with its luxurious bonuses including an idyllic massage pavilion set in the middle of the garden, a private and generously equipped gym, and, for those who absolutely must stay connected during their holidays, there is a well appointed office. The property also has wireless internet access, a wine cellar, a gas barbecue and a satellite TV.
