Villa Neo is an exquisite six-bedroom villa situated on the hillside above the St Jean Beach, offering the largest pool on the island with panoramic views and optimum privacy. Built by local Architect Patrick Raffeneau, Villa Neo is unique on St Barths in terms of design and volume. Perhaps this type of architecture is more common in South Beach, with its large glass surfaces allowing extensive views of the ocean, distant hills, and starry nights. With six bedrooms and bountiful living and entertaining spaces, it is one of the most voluminous rental homes on the island. Soaring ceilings and full-length windows make the environment feel very airy and light. Materials are of the highest quality, and the owners have taken care to select inviting furnishings and layered together sumptuous textures and eye-catching art and architectural details. The location of Villa Neo, in the heights of St Jean, makes the skyscapes all the more impressive, and it puts you within easy reach of the restaurants, boutiques, and other animations of St. Jean. The heated pool is as impressive as the views beyond. At 108-feet (33-metres), it is the largest pool on the island. A jacuzzi cascades into the pool with an outdoor bar below. The extensive deck comes with plenty of seating and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun all day. Close to the most beautiful beaches of St Barths. Surprisingly for such a large pool and deck space, the outdoor area is completely private. A number of amenities make it possible for everyone to find some way to relax, energize, or generally enjoy island life. Villa Neo contains a hammam, a disco room with a pool table and bar, a TV room with enough space for the whole group to watch a movie together, a fitness room, and a sound system and smart home assistant (controlled with an iPad. There is also an elevator and ample parking. Three bedrooms are on the main level. The gracious master suite is situated behind the tv room, on the far side of the villa. This room has a separate seating area that looks out on the pool and deck, but also offers the same panoramic views as the rest of the villa. The large bathroom has a bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower and direct access to the pool. A second bedroom is located on the other side. Slightly smaller than the master bedroom, it still offers the same views and direct terrace access. The third bedroom is in the back of the villa. While this room is the same size and comes with the same amenities as the other guest rooms, the views of the ocean are limited A dramatic glass staircase floats up to the top floor, where there are three bedrooms, including two that connect. The upstairs rooms all have stunning sea views. Throughout the house, each bedroom feels private and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom, in some cases with a bathtub. The sheer volume may take a moment to get used to, but offers a lot of space on the two levels of the villa for guests to find a quiet moment or be together in a group.
