The Monte Argentario area is surrounded by splendid beaches, enchanting sandy coves and flat rocks, which are perfect for sand-free sunbathing and snorkeling. Cala Piccola is one such delightful little bay with pebbles and turquoise water. Some of the other beaches are accessible by car, some by foot and some only via boat. Villa Le Agavi is only 4.4 km from the bustling town of Porto Santo Stefano, which offers everything you might need in the way of shops, restaurants, bars and services. The indoor living rooms are once again designer-elegant and there is a pretty tea corner in one of the indoor living rooms. The dining room features a stunning black table and natural stone walls and the kitchen is spacious and comes fitted with all the necessary conveniences for cooking up divine Italian meals. The main living room opens to the panoramic terrace, right next to the dining area. The interiors style alternates contemporary, edgy design with modern furniture. A stairway first leads you to the bedrooms area and down to the cellar, the villa sleeps up to fourteen guests in seven double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and its own luxurious En-suite bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a distinctive, personal style and has been decorated with exquisite taste and excellent pieces of period furniture and contemporary art.
