The Old Trees development offers a communal swimming pool and direct beach access on to one of the best beaches on island. Upon exiting the elevator on to the first floor, a large pointed and blocked coral stone wall entices you with twinkling light fixtures as you enter through the main door. Vaulted pickled ceilings accompanied by warm recessed lighting welcome you into a modern yet welcoming apartment. The expansive living space with multiple seating options has been fitted with a black grand piano, coffee table, television and plush sofas, all-embracing clear skies and turquoise waters. Set back from the living area is the extensive, well-equipped kitchen finished with marble walls, clean cupboards and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes two refrigerators, two wine coolers and two bar stools.

Located just south of the popular Mullins Beach, Gibbs Beach offers a tranquil setting with plenty of shaded areas and excellent swimming and snorkeling conditions. Water sport amenities are also available. Featuring a picnic area and spacious parking facilities, Mullins Beach is a popular spot with both locals and visitors. The calm waters provide excellent snorkeling and swimming conditions and there are many water sport amenities available, including jet skis.
