On its own sugary white sand beach lapped by the clear turquoise waters of Discovery Bay sits the charming home Sea Grapes. The translucent azure waters here are excellent for swimming and kayaking. Surrounding the swimming pool is a spacious grassy lawn, wonderful for children and games. Behind the house is the private tennis court, which can be lighted for night play. Three bedrooms are in the main house, two upstairs and one downstairs. Three additional smaller bedrooms (most appropriate for teenagers) are in the cottage just behind the main house and adjacent to the tennis court. Comfortable and unpretentious, Sea Grapes feels like home the moment you arrive. The tennis court, white sand beach and buoyant blue water invite playful days in the sun. From the pretty vine-draped veranda for chatting and reading ~ to the hammock for napping in the shade of the Sea Grapes tree ~ to the velvety lawn so soft under bare feet, here is a place to let your hair down. This is a heavenly retreat for guests seeking relaxation, excellent swimming and good service in an incredibly lovely location.

• Highly recommended wedding villa. The villa requires a one week full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests and a security deposit is required. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.

Jamaica, No Problem
The property manager and staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. The staff was truly the best family extension of this trip. They cooked everything we wanted to try and more. They surprised us every day with additional services and treated us with the upmost respect. They also took our safety very serious for excursions and took us to beautiful places that were safe and so much fun.

My husband and I hosted a 5-day destination wedding trip at two villas in Discovery Bay, along with 29 of our closest family and friends. The villas were both incredible, and the staff worked seamlessly between the two to serve meals at the same time and make sure that everyone was accomodated. The Fortlands Point villa was such a beautiful wedding venue- the staff jumped in to make us a wonderful meal and a cake, and they offered one of the staff to be our bartender for the night! Sean and Patrick at Fortlands Point were the best staff- they gave us pointers on where to take our group for excursions and they did beer runs for us all week when they thought that we would need more. The food all week was so amazing- I can't say enough- every single thing that we ate was delicious. We only had a preset menu for 2 dinners... Everything else we had the chefs make whatever they could get fresh from the market and thought everyone would enjoy. I highly recommend Fortlands Point and Seagrapes villas to all size parties.
